Refund and Returns Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The refund time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
